Walking The Plank Workout Bodybuilding Routine

As of late I have been as unconventional as it gets! When it comes to time in the gym, I have been super busy and limited with regards to my workouts. With a full time schedule I still have managed to get in some of the best bodybuilding workouts of my life. You may wonder how in the world you can have some of the best bodybuilding workouts with hardly any time.

 

The other day I was pretty cooked after a long days work, however I did not finish my day because I did not get my training in. So as I result I decided to go to the gym to train my back and abs. After taking my magic potion of Super Charge Extreme and grabbing a bottle of water, I hopped in my car and was off to the gym. I was there for a mere 45 minutes and completely flourished with regards to my workouts.

I knew that I needed to get in and out so I decided that back and abs needed to be trained with giant super sets. So here is my routine as follows:

Back:

Lat Pull Downs: 4 sets of 8-12
Bent Over Rows: 4 sets of 10
One Arm Rows: 3 sets of 12
Close Grip Pull Downs: 3 sets of 10
Low Pulley Rows: 3 sets until failure

Abs: (Superset)

Ab Machine: 5 sets until failure
Rope Crunches: 5 sets until failure

After my workout, I decided my muscles deserved a little bit of revitalization. So when I got home, I brewed up my favorite post workout supplement mix all into one cup. I mixed BCAA’s, L-Glutamine and Creatine all in one. I like to view my body as a high performance race car that needs to pull into the pit stop station when it is on empty and needs service. And this post workout supplement stack I take is like the high quality octane 93 that most luxury cars get when they need to refuel.
