  4. hello hugo, im currently trying a diet that basically has me on 35g pro/12g fat per meal. Only allowed to have greens for carbs. This all days and 1 day a week im allowed a "free meal" of anything. Im set up a around 1700 cals a day and have just maintained my weight not gained or lost any. Look the same. Im 150 lbs at 5-9 and 25 yrs old. What should i do? i want to get some serious lean condition in 4 wks time so that i can start lean bulking and keeping under 10 percent. should i start doing cardio?? or should i lower my cals lower? im thinking about adding back carbs and having a more balanced ratio like you say 40/40/20 cause i dont feel too good on low carbs.
    I would say im surely under 10percent right now maybe into the 7-9 percent but i want to get as close as precontest shape in 4 wks time, maybe close to 4 percent or even 3 percent.

    Would you be able to help me with this??
