In the hardgainer workout you supply on this site it says never train for more than 2 days in a row, but for the 10 reps for 10 sets muscle gaining exercise, you state that hardgainers (ectomorphs) can perform exercise A on Monday, B on Wednesday, and C on Friday. Which guideline is best to follow?

Is There A Way To Deal With Sugar Cravings? Is there a way to deal with sugar cravings? I seem to be able to follow a good bodybuilding diet for 5 days but by the sixth day I am craving all sorts of sweets. Is there anything that can be done to take these cravings away?

I'm trying to get lean, so I'm determining what my macronutrients should be. Am I multiplying my daily calorie, protein, carbs, and fats by lean (fat free) bodyweight or total bodyweight?
