Personalized Training and Diet Coaching Program

Hugo Rivera personalizes your macronutrient intake (carbohydrates, proteins and fats) depending on your individual metabolism, gender and goals. The ratios of the macronutrients will be manipulated based on the desired goal so if your goal is to lose weight and body sculpt, then you get a solution designed for that. If on the other hand, your goal is to gain muscle mass while maintaining body fat, your solution will match that goal as well. The diet is designed based on your unique metabolism so no two diets are the same.

Your training will also be tailored to your goals, time that you can dedicate and equipment available. The routines are fully periodized in order to avoid plateaus and help you to achieve your goals in record time!

You also get a list of supplements that really work and you will get free e-mail support throughout the program, so if you have any questions, they will be answered promptly. Also, diet adjustments are made on a bi-weekly basis based on how your body responds to the given diet.

This plan includes bi-weekly check ins with one 30 minute skype call assessment at the beginning of each 6 week period.

Body Re-Engineering Training/Nutrition Day Camp

Spend a day with Hugo and his wife Cecile to discuss your goals, training and nutrition plan. All program questions are to be answered.

The day starts with breakfast, followed by a killer workout a couple of hours later, post workout lunch and an intense training and nutrition discussion packed afternoon.

90-Minute Seminar plus 30-Minute Q & A Session hosted at your location

If you own a training studio, gym or health spa, and would like to educate your staff on the subjects of training and nutrition, then this is the service for you. For One-Hour Hugo will cover the topic of your choice (Training, Nutrition for Weight Loss, or Nutrition for Muscle Gain) and then follows that up with a Question and Answers Session that may last up to an additional hour. There is no limit to the amount of people that can attend the seminar but for best results, it is best when limited to 15 people as in that manner everybody gets their individual questions answered within the one-hour question/answer session. (Note: Travel expenses may need to be covered if the seminar is hosted more than 30 miles from the Tampa Bay Area in Florida).
