Natural Bodybuilding 25-Min Arm Routine
Sometimes I get the best routines when I have the least amount of time to get them in. The other day I only had 25 minutes to do arms as that day I decided to train at the gym, instead of my home gym. However, I had a long day and made it to the gym 25 minutes before they were about to close. I was due to work my arms that day and decided to make the best use of the time I had available. Thus, here is what I did:

Mr Rivera,
Forgive me for asking what maybe a dumb question but I dont understand the part in your routines listed both here on your website & in your Hardgainers Handbook with regard to rest between sets, i.e. (no rest). Are you saying that as soon as you finish one set of reps you immediately begin the next set? If so, it would seem that you wouldn't even put the weight down but rather continue on?
Again sorry if the answer is obvious but if you could address my inquiry in more details I would be very grateful.
Best Regards,
PM
